2. Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund under the 90-day guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

A refund request must be submitted within 7 days after completing the 90-day period.
Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Products
Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, opened or used medicines cannot be physically returned.
Refunds, when approved, are processed without requiring product return.
4. Refund Exclusions

Request submitted after 7 days from the end of the 90-day period.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

6. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
